Since we arrived at the Great Basin National Park on a Friday the campgrounds were quite full so we had to settle for Baker Creek. We unhooked and drove up the mountain the next day to our planned destination, the Mt. Wheeler Campground, to see if it would be feasible to take the trailer up there.
All seemed good so on Sunday we made our way up the mountain to arrive around check-out time. We settled into a relatively open spot with the closest neighbor at the other side of the meadow.
